ThinAir Fabrication

A thin air pillow is a type of sleep product that helps users get a better night’s sleep. It’s a great way to help reduce the risk of insomnia and other sleep-related problems, and it can be customized according to your specific needs.

It’s also a great way to combat climate change, which is why it’s one of Air’s mission-critical technologies. Their 40+ employees — set to double by 2022 — aim to remove as much CO2 from the atmosphere as possible and convert it into premium products, including sleep-enhancing ones.

Among other things, they’ve developed a process to make the newest ThinAir Fabrication and greatest air pillows using carbon-conversion technology. It’s a process that won Air the TIME Innovation of the Year award in 2017, and has been refined for use at NASA’s CO2 Conversion Challenge, which is designed to help future astronauts produce fuel from waste and atmospheric CO2.

The best part is that it’s easy to do.

In fact, they’ve done it so well that they’ve even developed a machine called the XL-3000, which is a three-dimensional printing machine that uses an inert gas like nitrogen to print a variety of thin-film items. It has the capability to print objects up to 10 inches in diameter.

The XL-3000 also has the capabilities to print a few smaller items, such as the small ring shown above. It can print a single object or up to three objects at once. And it can print them at very high speed, as if they were printed on paper. It’s a very exciting innovation and one that will help make a big impact in the field of sleep products.
